Kellen Meyer
Wild Weavings:
Stories of Wonder
Nov 23 - Dec 21, 2025
Kellen Meyer is a fiber artist and sculptor focused on large scale art installations and sculpture. In her pieces, she explores the intersection between art and ecology. Kellen’s art is rooted in nature and influenced by the colors, shapes and textures in the wild outdoors. She weaves together organic and inorganic materials – including wool, undyed canvas, paper, gems, shells, clay, and driftwood – found in nature or sourced from local artisans and fiber sheds.
Crafted in her studio overlooking a bird sanctuary, Kellen’s hand-woven works draw from the practice of knitting, crochet, and various weaving techniques to foster stories that embody the notion of natureculture, biophilia, and inclusivity.
